Interlace Project Grants Now Open

Interlace Project Grants Now Open

For visual artists living in 10-mile radius of Providence, Rhode Island

Program Description:

Interlace Project Grants provide up to $6,000 to develop and present visual art projects that prioritize visual art, collaboration, and engagement. Aligned with the activities of the Regional Regranting Network as a whole, these grants will fund artist-led projects with a Providence twist: art projects that blur boundaries—material, conceptual, spatial, etc.—and forge alliances among artists and between artists and audiences. In supporting diverse artists with unconventional projects, especially those that might otherwise be overlooked by more traditional funders and venues, Interlace seeks to make more robust the already adventurous spirit of Providence’s arts scene.
