In studios dedicated to research and artistic exploration, the graduating studio art majors work for a full academic year to create a cohesive body of artwork. In resulting solo exhibitions at Providence College Galleries, they each presented thesis projects that highlight the dynamic ways in which today’s artists experiment with materials and content, conduct in-depth cultural research, and craft new visual experiences. This follow-up exhibition showcases the entire group of students and selections of the best work from their earlier solo shows.
